What some of our most valued and satisfied customers are saying
about American Wireless
John Zaleski - Motorola
Senior Account Manager Government Markets
American Wireless Inc. (formerly
Donco) has always supplied great service and products at a
fair price. My customers have always been delighted with the
unique products and high quality they have received from
American Wireless. I have customers that have been using these
products for over 20 years. Again, thank you and keep up the
great work.
Stan Rosenblatt -
Motorola Senior Account Manager U.S. Federal Government Markets
The staff at American
Wireless represent the epitome of working with a true business
partner. Serving the dispatch center needs of our large federal
law enforcement customers can be a daunting task. When we need
to get it all right the first time, including
the details, I turn to American Wireless for two simple
reasons -- experience and professionalism.
Thomas Schmidt - Motorola
Senior Account Manager Government Markets
Working with American
Wireless for some 20 years now, supplying their products has
always been an enjoyable experience. The products shipped are of
high quality, and the service and response to any issues have
been professional and quick. They understand the needs and
demands of the public safety environment and Motorola.
Scott Martin - Motorola
Senior Account Manager U.S. Federal Government Markets
The sales teams in Korea
have worked closely with American Wireless on projects for the
U.S. military in Korea. These include an eight-position Legacy
Line console and a Giant Voice system (MOSCAD). We continue to
be very pleased with their sales and technical support and the
quality of products. Best of all, our customers are very
satisfied with their Motorola/American Wireless solutions.
Cyril Steel - Motorola
Systems Customer Support Manager U.S. Federal Government Markets
For the past 35 years, I
have been involved in many communications projects that included
the products manufactured by American Wireless (formerly
Donco). The console products and accessories are
well-manufactured and often custom made to satisfy your
customers’ requirements. When necessary, representatives of
American Wireless will meet with the end user and will design a
custom console system that specifically meets the requirements
of your customer. From a service point of view, the installation
and support services are excellent.
Mike Bennett - McCord
Communications Two-Way Division Manager Federal Markets
I have worked in the
communications industry with Motorola and McCord Communications
for the last 35 years and have sold American Wireless (formerly
Donco) on many occasions. Their console design, quality
and value have always satisfied my customers’ requirements, and
they have always been very responsive to all our requests. I
would highly recommend their products.
Fred Berrong - Northrop
Grumman Corporation Integrated Systems Sector
American Wireless was
able to design a furniture system to meet the stringent space
requirements of an existing Mission Control Room that met all of
the needs for keyboard, monitor, CPU, communications, and
specialized display and control equipment. The fit and finish
are outstanding and the area is very comfortable to the control
room engineers, who must man the stations for extended periods
of time during test flights. They were on time with a critical
delivery date and their follow-up customer service is
exceptional.
